Basic Inspection

Service Description

The technician will perform a visual inspection of the property to look for signs of the target animal and potential entry points. Using this information the technician will recommend the best locations to set trap(s) to capture your animal or a treatment if necessary. If the client requests traps be placed, there will be an additional charge of $100 and/or if a treatment is requested to be done, there will be an additional charge of $50. If any animal(s) are caught the technician will return and collect the animal(s). Collections fees are charged on a per animal basis according to the schedule below. The technician will then give the customer recommendations on and the option to continue to try to trap more animals or close the job. Inspection fees are paid at the time of scheduling. Setup and treatment fees are paid prior to the placement of such Animal collections fees are due upon job closeout. *NOTE: Be aware that we may catch animals that are not the target animal. Fees will still be charged according to the schedule below. Fee Schedule Skunk = $150 each trap caught Beaver = $350 each trap caught Coyote & Fox = Start at $150 Muskrats = Start at $120 All other animals not listed above are $80 each animal caught *NOTE: A mileage fee may be added if the client address is outside our service area.
